Nine years of Pest Solutions

Pest Solutions Limited has spent nine years building a pest control business around a simple idea: inspect first, treat the cause, and come back to check it worked.

Today we work from two offices — Lilongwe on Malangalanga Road and Blantyre in Limbe — serving households, restaurants and hotels, warehouses, factories, schools and clinics.

What has not changed

We still select technicians for the same thing: a commitment to doing the job properly, and the willingness to keep learning. Continuous training is not a line in a brochure for us; the products and the regulations move, and a technician who stopped learning five years ago is a liability on a customer's site.

What has changed

More of our work is now scheduled programmes rather than call-outs, and more of it is documented to a standard that stands up to a food-safety audit. That is what clients increasingly need, and it is a better way to work: it catches a problem while it is still small.
