Bed bugs are not about cleanliness — and waiting makes it worse

So, plainly: bed bugs have nothing to do with how clean a house is. They arrive in luggage, in second-hand furniture and in delivered goods. A spotless bedroom is as vulnerable as any other.

Why waiting costs you

Bed bugs spread. A problem confined to one bed in week one is a problem in three rooms by month three, and the treatment scales with it. Early is cheaper, faster and far less disruptive.

What treatment actually involves

A proper bed bug treatment is thorough and it is repeated. We treat every harbourage in the room — frame joints, mattress seams, skirting, nearby furniture — and we come back, because eggs already laid survive the first treatment. Anybody who promises a one-visit fix is telling you what you want to hear.
